I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Amy Ascencio was born in California, but has called Littleton home for 30 plus years. Amy loves to share the community + activities that she loves about the area - from paddle boarding, small businesses and local pools to movie theaters.
Having spent many years in the service industry, Amy's clients benefit from her incredible customer service, communication, and listening skills. Amy is passionate about sharing not only her knowledge of the buying + selling process, but also her expertise regarding different schools, amenities, and neighborhoods.
When Amy isn't helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you'll find her doing community events and connecting with small and local businesses, or hanging out with her children. Amy has also been a Girl Scout leader for 13 years and is most passionate about volunteering to help youth in foster care and families in homeless situations.
